Production Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our busy team in i54 Wolverhampton! As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within your production area to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will create a Safety-First culture, lead and motivate your team, and manage all aspects of staffing and development. Your role will include driving quality and delivery performance, managing inventory control, and fostering a continuous improvement environment. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping a positive culture, implementing best practices, and collaborating across teams to achieve our production goals. Hours of Work: Full-Time, Permanent Position Production Supervisor Requirements: Proven experience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organisational and workload planning skills. Confidence communicating across all levels, with a collaborative and engaging leadership style. Experience in managing team performance, recruitment, and development. A solutions-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. High attention to detail and a methodical, structured way of working.Desirable: Previous manufacturing experience. Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems. IOSH Managing Safely certification.
