About the role Health, Safety & Environmental (SHE) Manager We're recruiting an experienced SHE Manager to lead and enhance health, safety, and environmental practices across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead incident reporting and investigations, ensuring corrective actions. Analyse SHE data and report trends to senior management. Develop safe systems of work, policies, and training programmes. Manage actions from audits and risk assessments. Oversee third-party SHE compliance. Conduct and update risk assessments. Chair the Safety Committee and champion SHE culture. Manage and track internal/external training. About You: Experience in HSE in Manufacturing NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) 5+ years in a similar SHE role Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Internal auditor qualification Track record in continuous improvement
