Supply Chain Administrator North Tyneside £25-26k Jackson Hogg Procurement division are delighted to be supporting a longstanding client based in North Tyneside, on the appointment of a Supply Chain Administrator to join their busy procurement team. This role is full time and permanent and can offer £25-26k per annum depending on experience. This role would suit someone looking to take their first step into a Supply Chain career, or someone with some supply chain administration experience. The Role: * To support the Buyers in expediting Purchase Orders, RFQ’s and supplier documentation * Data Cleansing – to review aged RFQ’s and expedite responses internally and externally * Data input and maintenance – Pricing, lead times and Preferred Suppliers * Use existing RFQ templates and appropriate supporting tools to prepare & send RFQ’s out for parts highlighted by the Buyer or Procurement Manager. * Create purchase orders, obtain approvals and expedite acknowledgement and orders to completion.
