You’ll play a key role in ensuring effective financial planning, robust controls, and long-term sustainability. Key responsibilities include: * Develop and lead the financial strategy * Prepare and present management accounts, annual budgets, KPIs and cashflows * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory reporting (Charities SORP, FCA) * Lead financial input on tenders, acquisitions and new business models * Manage internal/external audits and pension risk reporting * Oversee payroll approval, risk management, insurance and investment strategy * Support executive and board-level decision-making through strategic insight About You We are looking for a skilled financial leader with: * CCAB qualification (or equivalent) * At least 5 years of senior finance management experience * Excellent understanding of finance systems, modelling, and budgeting * Strong people management experience * Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with senior leaders * Knowledge of the social care funding environment is highly desirable * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Important Information: * This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check * Right to work in the UK is required – sponsorship is not available * COVID-19 vaccination is strongly recommended ✅ Ready to Lead with Purpose?
