The Job: Vehicle Technician / Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

• Working in a large centre, you will be carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
• Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
• Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
• Warranty repairs are per the manufacturer's guidelines and relevant write up is complete
• Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
• As a Vehicle Technician you will service and repair vehicles including performing basic diagnostics
• You will perform interim, full, and major services on all types of cars
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
• Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication

Job Experience: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
• Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work Must have a Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
