We re currently recruiting for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Manager to join the team a fantastic, progressive team based in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the warehouse including storing, picking, and packing stock and overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the site. You'll support the team, monitor efficiency, and make improvements where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership Manage and support warehouse staff while upholding safety and performance standards.
• Warehouse Operations Oversee goods in/out, stock control, shipping, and general warehouse flow.
• Inventory & Returns Maintain accurate stock records, manage returns, and ensure efficient packing/distribution.
• Process Improvement Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and cost.
• Training & Collaboration Deliver staff training and work closely with other departments to meet operational goals.
• Systems & Reporting Use warehouse software and Microsoft tools to track operations and report performance.
• Health & Safety Ensure a safe working environment in line with company and legal standards

Skills and Attributes:

• Team Player Positive, helpful attitude in the workplace.
• Managerial Experience Ideally experience managing people within a warehouse.
• Collaborative Works well with colleagues and contributes to a strong team culture.
• Flexible Quick thinker, adaptable to change.
• IT Skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and warehouse-related IT systems.
