Warehouse ETSF Team Leader

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Warehouse ETSF Team Leader for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in The Feltham, Middlesex area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the Warehouse.
• Overseeing a small team of Warehouse operatives
• Hands on with all Warehouse duties
• Forklift driving (Counterbalance and Reach Truck)
• Monitor and guide warehouse operatives to ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
• Work closely with Management and other departments

Requirements

• Must be fully trained and experienced in freight warehouse procedures
• Sound understanding of aviation security requirements and air cargo handling.
• Basic IT skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a small team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
• Knowledge of ETSF procedures
• Counterbalance and Reach truck licences

Working hours are:-

Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
