Key Responsibilities:

• School budget management in line with local authority requirements
• Oversee the financial management of the school
• Support School auditing and compliance
• Lead on lettings and external incomes
• Monitor funding
• Oversee recruitment, vetting and existing employee structures
• Liaise with payroll, supporting queries
• HR Policy updating and maintaining
• Promote and signpost staff well-being services
• Collaborate with SLT and Site Team to ensure Health & Safety management
• Line manage departmental staff

School Business Manager Requirements:

• A resilient, proactive and personable individual with strong organisational skills
• Experienced in administration, finance and/or operations (education sector preferred but not essential)
• An excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with external agencies and staff
• Someone who remains calm under pressure and handles sensitive matters with confidentiality
• Financially literate, tech-savvy, and confident managing budgets and systems
• Possesses natural leadership abilities and a hands-on approach
• High Wycombe based or reliably commutable to the area
