We re seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in High Wycombe . This full-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about inclusion and wants to support pupils with EHCPs through personalised and compassionate learning support.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Providing tailored support to pupils with EHCPs

• Encouraging emotional regulation and building resilience

• Supporting communication and social interaction

• Using scaffolding strategies to help pupils access the curriculum

• Working alongside teachers and the SENCO to create inclusive learning plans

• Being a steady, positive presence in a child s daily life
