Production Operative

Location: Bellshill, Scotland

Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour + enhanced overtime pay

Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30 or 14:00-22:30

What You'll Be Doing

Working on the production line to help prepare products.

Following quality standards and health & safety rules.

Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and well-organised.

Hitting daily production targets with accuracy and care.

Getting involved in training to improve your skills.

Pitching in with the team and bringing a can-do attitude.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-moving environment.

A strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and product quality.

Nice-to-haves:

Previous experience in food production or similar roles.

Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.

Own transport (though public transport is available).

Pay & Overtime

Standard hourly pay: 12.21

Overtime (after 38.35 hours):

o Monday to Saturday: Time and a half

o Sunday: Double time
