Technician

This position covers the South of England, covering Dorset to Kent. So candidates must have a valid driving license.

Responsibilities of the Technician:

• Providing excellent face to face customer service to customers, whether that be businesses or end users.
• Asses and repair faulty products in customer homes.
• Installation of displays in retail showrooms.
• Liaise with customer service team in head office to provide timely updates with service visits.
• Covering the South of England, from Dorset to Kent. Including Berkshire, Sussex and Oxfordshire.
• Regular quality inspection of showroom displays.
• Answering telephone responses to advise customers.
• Maintaining recognised van stock.
• Responsible for sending daily visit reports, including photos of issues.
• Identifying where improvements can be made to products and liaise with product managers trough out the business.

Requirements of the Technician:

• Clean driving license - essential.
• Mechanical aptitude/
• Experience working with hand tools.
• Physically fit due to lifting of heavy products.
• IT Literate.
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Ability to lone work and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Monday to Friday.
• GBP33,000 Per Annum.
• Use of company a car.
• Allocated area as detailed but with the need to travel further for business needs.
