Trainer and Assessor (Rail) South of Stratford Upon Avon Are you a seasoned training professional that has experience of Rail Operations in Rolling stock. We are supporting our client in the search for a Trainer / Assessor to develop, implement and improve best-in-class training to enable consistent safe delivery of rail operations. As a Trainer/Assessor you will be; * You will be involved in the annual operational training plan covering all rail operations based on a detailed task analysis as well as developing a competence management system (CMS). * Carry out training needs analysis for all rail operatives and regularly review to ensure solutions are current and fit for purpose. * You’ll deliver operational training (theory and practical) to rail operatives and carry out competence assessments for the team * Developing and implementing plans where gaps in competence are identified * Develop and maintain operational safety briefings and toolbox talks around safety awareness * Source external operational training provides What you will need to have; * You will have recognised training qualifications as well as formal assessor and internal verifier qualification * You will have a strong background in the Rail sector particularly around rolling stock and railway operations * You will be conversant with the Railway Rule book and Health and safety legislation and Rail industry standards This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rail Assessor to join a great organisation with excellent people and a road map for the future to grow and develop the business.
