Retail Area Trainer with a passion for technology and electronics, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to coach team members in a fast-paced retail environment is required for a world-leading consumer electronics business. SALARY: Competitive + Travel Allowance + Benefits LOCATION: Regular travel around the South East Territory – with occasional nationwide travel JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday PLEASE NOTE: A full Driving Licence and own vehicle is essential for this role Retail Area Trainer - JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Retail Area Trainer with a passion for technology and electronics, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to coach team members in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be a motivated and tech-savvy team member and will help elevate the Brand through engaging and effective store visits as well as attending events. You will help train retail staff on the Brand’s technology, which will include feature phones, smart phones and televisions. Retail Area Trainer - DUTIES Your duties will include: * Deliver product training sessions to retail staff across multiple store locations * Conduct regular in-store coaching to improve brand and product knowledge * Monitor and report on competitor activity in store * Support retail launches, promotional and B2B events, and call centre training Retail Area Trainer - CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Passion for tech / technology / electronics * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to coach and train others in a fast-paced retail environment * Willingness to travel regularly * Valid driver’s license and own vehicle * Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the South of England
