Facade Manager

Fa??ade Manager Salter Grange is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Fa??ade Manager to oversee the external envelope packages on a large-scale, high-spec housing scheme in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established project delivery team working across multiple phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional brickwork and fa??ade coordination on medium- to large-scale residential developments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the full fa??ade package including brickwork, insulation, cladding, windows, and external finishes Oversee subcontractors and ensure all fa??ade works meet design, quality, safety, and programme requirements Carry out regular inspections and snagging, maintaining high workmanship standards Coordinate with design, site, and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery Monitor progress and report on key milestones to senior management Maintain strict adherence to health & safety and site proceduresRequirements: 5+ years experience in a fa??ade or envelope manager role within residential or mixed-use construction Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with traditional brickwork and masonry detailing Proven track record delivering fa??ade packages from start to finish Experience in managing external trades and subcontractors Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Relevant trade background or construction qualification preferredWhat s on Offer: Opportunity to join a large-scale, long-term residential project Competitive salary or day rate (depending on experience) Flexibility for contract or permanent engagement Supportive and experienced project teamApply Now with an updated CV. to (url removed) Successful applicants will be contacted for a confidential screening call
