D365 CE Functional Consultant

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Location: Ireland / Dublin / Hybrid or Fully Remote - You must be based in Ireland Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders. Analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents. Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation. Perform data analysis, mapping, and support integration/migration processes. Create and maintain documentation (process models, use cases, user stories). Assist in test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support. Stay updated on D365 CE features and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience in a similar role with Dynamics 365 CE. Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules and Power Platform. Experience with business process mapping and functional documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification. Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
