With a packed order book and multiple projects in motion, they re looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager who can step up and be the go-to person for the client. If you're a natural communicator, cool under pressure, and have the civil know-how to answer client queries on the spot without batting an eyelid, this one s for you. What s the Role? Act as the main point of contact for the client in the office and on project sites when required. Coordinate across multiple civils projects running simultaneously. Be the voice of clarity when the client needs updates, answers, or solutions. Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and directors to ensure project goals are hit. Help build out internal systems, project workflows, and client comms strategy as the business scales. Report into senior management with a clear path upward as the company grows. What You ll Need: Proven experience in civils or infrastructure projects (Irish or UK market). Strong communication skills you can handle client queries without hesitation. A project manager s mindset proactive, structured, and reliable. Good understanding of drawings, programmes, and project commercials.
