Location: East Midlands (commutable from Nottingham, Lincoln, Leicester, and surrounding areas)

Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 per annum + electric car + 15% quarterly bonus

Hours: Full-time, permanent

Role Summary:

The Regional Support Manager is responsible for overseeing up to six care home managers across the East Midlands. You will play a crucial leadership role, ensuring homes meet high standards of care, operational compliance, and performance targets. You will work closely with home managers and the leadership team to deliver continuous improvement and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading, mentoring, and managing Home Managers
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
Supporting recruitment, retention, and staff engagement
Managing occupancy, budgets, and operational effectiveness
Driving a culture of compassion, performance, and accountability
Essential Requirements:

Minimum two years experience as a Regional Manager overseeing four or more elderly care homes
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Registered Nurse with active PIN
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily (up to 80+ miles as needed)
Proficient in using email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and care systems
