We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects within our rail portfolio, focusing on refresh, maintenance, and modification works across rolling stock. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent rail projects from initiation through to completion. * Manage project scope, cost, programme, quality, and risk across refresh, maintenance, and modification works. * Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, commercial, and client teams to ensure alignment on objectives and delivery plans. * Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and internal governance. * Produce and maintain project documentation including programmes, reports, risk registers, and change controls. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery. * Report progress regularly to senior management and clients, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Required Experience & Skills: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the UK rail sector, particularly in rolling stock projects. * Strong understanding of rail maintenance, modification, and/or refresh programmes. * Solid knowledge of Rail standards, RISQS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. * Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a complex and safety-critical environment. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. * APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification (desirable).
