Location: Covering sites from Fife up to the North of Scotland

Salary: 40,000- 45,000+ Benefits

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential projects across Fife to the North of Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in site management, working alongside experienced professionals to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines
• Assist with site documentation, records, and reporting
• Help manage quality control and ensure work meets required standards
• Build positive working relationships with site teams, clients, and consultants

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working on residential construction projects (essential)
• Strong understanding of health & safety and construction processes
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ambition to progress into a Site Manager role
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred)
