Senior Commercial Manager

Kilnbridge is hiring a Commercial Lead to take ownership of change control on our concrete cutting and demolition works package at HS2’s Old Oak Common, the UK’s largest and most connected new rail station. This is a high-impact permanent role where you’ll lead NEC contract administration, manage variations and compensation events, and drive commercial rigour across a complex, live infrastructure environment. You’ll work alongside client representatives and internal delivery teams to ensure changes are tracked, justified and recovered with precision. What you’ll be doing: * Managing all aspects of NEC contract change control * Leading compensation events, early warnings and commercial forecasting * Engaging with BBVS/HS2 and internal stakeholders * Supporting dispute resolution and commercial negotiations * Providing expert commercial reporting and strategic advice to the delivery team What we’re looking for: * Senior QS or Commercial Manager experience on major civils or infrastructure projects * Strong NEC3/4 knowledge * A detail-driven mindset with excellent client-facing skills * Experience in concrete, demolition, rail or specialist civils preferred * Able to lead independently with confidence and authority Why join Kilnbridge?
