What You'll Be Doing * Leading the Geography department across KS3–KS5. * Inspiring and developing a committed team of Geography teachers. * Driving academic progress and curriculum innovation. * Overseeing the planning and delivery of fieldwork, enrichment activities, and cross-curricular learning. * Monitoring student performance and implementing strategies to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners. What We’re Looking For * A qualified Geography Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with substantial teaching experience, ideally including KS5. * Proven leadership ability or the readiness to step up into a Head of Department role. * A strategic thinker with a clear vision for Geography education. * Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks. * A collaborative approach, with excellent communication and team-building skills.
