As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated New Business Development Manager to help drive their growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding their market presence. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal marketing and lead generation teams to develop and convert new customer opportunities. * Identify and pursue new markets, customers, and products. * Engage in cold calling, contract negotiations, and client presentations. * Develop tailored business proposals and manage the full sales cycle, from pitching to contract implementation. * Achieve and exceed new business targets, while maintaining strong product knowledge and market insight. * Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery. * Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends to influence business strategy. Requirements About You: * Proven experience in business development in a B2B setting. * Strong negotiation and contract management skills. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Results-driven with the ability to meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for developing new business opportunities. * Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
