Management Accountant Swindon, Wiltshire SN3 Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 per annum  Permanent Office based Role working full time - Monday to Friday About the Role Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations. As a key part of our finance team, you will provide accurate management accounts, lead financial reporting processes, and collaborate with both internal and international stakeholders across Singapore, Japan, and Europe. Key Responsibilities Management Reporting Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly management report packs for Directors Produce and reconcile balance sheets Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules Accounting Operations Maintain the general ledger and ensure data accuracy Oversee intercompany recharges and reconciliations Manage online banking operations, including payments and reconciliations Tax and Compliance Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns Assist in quarterly royalty calculations and HMRC compliance Support adherence to statutory regulations Audit and External Relations Liaise with auditors and assist with the annual audit process Coordinate with external stakeholders including banks and regulatory bodies Global Coordination Collaborate with finance teams in Singapore, Japan, and Europe to align reporting standards and financial policies Additional Responsibilities Support budgeting and forecasting activities Perform cost analysis and variance reporting Assist with cash flow management and forecasting Contribute to finance systems improvement and automation initiatives Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS Provide ad hoc financial analysis for senior management Qualifications and Skills Education & Certification ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified (or part-qualified with strong experience) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred Experience & Technical Skills Proven experience in management accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros Proficient in accounting systems such as SAP, Sage, or Oracle Familiarity with UK GAAP/IFRS Experience working with international teams is a plus Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package A collaborative and innovative working environment The opportunity to contribute to a growing, global business Exposure to international operations and cross-border finance collaboration If you are a motivated finance professional ready to contribute to a global leader in its field, we would love to hear from you.
