Estates Manager


We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join a busy estates team. The Estates Manager will be involved in a wide range of duties including overseeing maintenance and installation tasks, managing staff rotas, assigning maintenance requests to the team, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works and many other duties.

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 Monday - Sunday

Shift patterns: 7.00am-3.30pm/ 8am - 4.30pm/ 12pm - 8.30pm

As the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Work as a supervisory member of the estates team
  • Oversee regulatory and safety compliance
  • Educate staff and contractors on compliance requirements
  • Supervise contractors as needed
  • Responsible for overseeing the provision of maintenance and installation tasks
  • Ensuring the site remains compliant both within HSE and ISI guidelines

The successful Estates Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of health & safety
  • Appropriate relevant qualification e.g IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or CIOB or trade discipline that can be applied more broadly.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience of compliance audits and site inspections.
