Responsibilities include: Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently Manage stock, merchandising, and visual displays Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policiesWhat We're Looking For: Retail and customer service experience Good communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage your time and tasks effectively during downtime Proactive approach, able to problem solve and use your initiative Proficient with IT Comfortable around dogs and petsWhy Join Us?
