In this dynamic and autonomous role, you will be expected to take ownership of Revit-based design tasks, produce accurate models and drawings, and coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of fire and security system layouts. A solid understanding of CAD is also vital, as you'll be working across both 2D and 3D environments to support project requirements.

This position would suit a BIM Technician or similar with experience in fire alarm or building services design and strong Revit and CAD skills looking for a stable rewarding role within a company that values their people and delivers high-quality work.

THE ROLE

• Build and manage Revit models
• Coordinate with project teams
• Produce 2D drawings
• Maintain CAD standards

THE PERSON

• Experienced with Revit and CAD
• Knowledge of fire or building services design
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
