Solar Installer

Involve Recruitment seeking a hands-on Solar Supervisor to join an established construction contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in solar PV to step into a leadership role with real long-term progression.

This role has potential to progress into solar lead and will also fund any required qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day running of solar PV installation sites
• Lead and manage installation teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and H&S regulations
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting
• Support training and development of junior team members
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience with solar PV installations (roof and/or ground-mounted)
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of H&S and electrical standards
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS required
• SSSTS (preferred)
