ISQ Recruitment is hiring a Ground Worker Garden Buildings to join a growing team installing foundations for high-quality timber buildings in residential gardens across Norfolk.

Your Day-to-Day:

Prepare and lay paving slabs and concrete bases for garden timber buildings
Carry out light landscaping when required
Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe
Load/unload materials and manage site stock and waste
Represent the brand with professionalism at customer sites

We re Looking For:

Full UK Driving Licence Essential for site travel
Experience in groundworks, concrete laying, or landscaping (preferred)
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Comfortable speaking with customers on-site
