Key Responsibilities: Support SEND students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups across a range of subjects. Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver personalised learning interventions. Encourage student engagement, independence, and progress in the classroom. Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. Provide emotional and academic support tailored to individual student needs.Requirements: A recent graduate (any discipline considered; psychology and education backgrounds particularly welcomed). A genuine interest in working with young people with SEND. Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
