Attendance Officer

Location: Kingswood

Pay: GBP102 - GBP114 per day

Type: Long-term contract

Hours: Full-time

Start date: 2nd June 2025

Elementa Support Services is currently seeking an Attendance Officer to join a well-respected secondary school located in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire .

As an Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of student attendance systems and ensuring accurate records are maintained. Your expertise will be essential for promoting high attendance levels and supporting the school's objectives. This role will involve collaboration with teaching staff, parents, and local authorities to manage attendance-related issues effectively.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in administration , specifically as an administrator .
  • Experience in managing attendance records and systems in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Contract & recruitment information
