Finance Manager


Our client is one of the most respected architectural and interior signage, and brand design firms in the UK. They have offices in both Leeds & the north west, with industry leading manufacturing machinery and a client list including several of the biggest retailers on the high-street. Due to expansion, & a company re-structure they are looking to add someone to the team to support the FD. Key Responsibilities * Finance related responsibilities - safeguarding companies’ assets and risks * Finance team supervision and support – Debt collection, Credit control, Wages and Purchase ledger * Working with Procurement Manager regarding supply chain deals and achieving standard pricelists * Support Facilities Controllers’ role * Bank Payments – Sterling / Euro * Annual audit * Insurance renewals * Government Gateway * CIS and client liaison on CIS * EU Tax and Exporting * VAT returns * PAYE * Payroll and pension regulator * Monthly Management Accounts * Sage month ends / Year ends for Accounts and Payroll * Working papers – spreadsheets & journals * CRM month-end and completion of control spreadsheets for each trading Co. * Turnover control spreadsheets and CRM forecasting * Cash-flow control and cash collection targets * Bank transactional postings to Sage Other: * Support FD with client audits * Sales and Marketing Teams support * Fleet management * Application for Accreditations * Grant applications Conclusive job description available on application Job Details * Full time, permanent position * Office based, located in Leeds, LS12 * Parking available on site
