Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Cambridge, CB25 Pay Rate: £12.63 – £14.83 per hour (depending on experience) Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a background in pharmaceuticals to join a well-established organisation in the pharmaceutical/medical sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment within a clean and structured warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: * Handling and processing goods within a pharmaceutical or medical warehouse setting * Using SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage stock * Carrying out accurate order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatching * Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and cleanliness standards * General warehouse duties and assisting with stock control and documentation Shift Pattern: * Week 1: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PMa * Week 2: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Rotating weekly) What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a pharma or medical warehouse environment (preferred) * Familiarity with SAP or WMS systems * Basic computer literacy * A reliable and committed individual looking for long-term employment * Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly pay of £12.63 – £14.83, depending on experience * Permanent role with clear progression opportunities * All PPE provided * Supportive work environment and structured onboarding If you're interested in a stable role with a company that values experience and commitment -apply today with your CV
