Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant Hours: Full Time Job Type: Permanent Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support people to live as independently and comfortably as possible, while ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. * Help with medication management and ensure clients take their medication as prescribed. * Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients to maintain social activities and well-being. * Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition. * Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily tasks around the home. * Report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the team leader or healthcare professionals. * Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans. What We’re Looking For: * A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with a genuine desire to help others. * Previous experience in care (preferably in domiciliary care, but not essential). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. * A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently. * A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle essential * Flexible, reliable, and able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
