Pe Teacher

About the Role We are seeking a passionate and energetic Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Warrington. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives on inspiring young people to stay active and enjoy sport. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to support extracurricular sports clubs and school teams. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality PE lessons that engage and challenge students * Foster a positive attitude towards physical activity and healthy living * Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback * Organise and support school sports fixtures and extracurricular activities * Maintain high standards of behaviour and discipline in line with school policy * Collaborate with department colleagues to share best practices Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * Degree in Physical Education or relevant subject * Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting * Strong behaviour management and organisational skills * Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) * Passion for sport and inspiring young people
