Manage variation enquiries to facilitate project adaptations You To be successful in the role of Asset Manager, you’ll bring: A technical background, ideally with experience in facilities management. Knowledge of hospital technical management standards (HTMs). Previous management experience in a related field. Strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with contractors.
