The Role   As the Asset Manager, you’ll: Oversee costs with contractors to ensure budget adherence. Carry out audits on facilities management contracts for quality assurance. Prepare the Deed of Variations to reflect changes in project scope. Ensure all regulations are met, maintaining compliance across projects. Manage variation enquiries to facilitate project adaptations  You   To be successful in the role of Asset Manager, you’ll bring: A technical background, ideally with experience in facilities management. Knowledge of hospital technical management standards (HTMs). Previous management experience in a related field. Strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with contractors.
