Key Responsibilities include: -

Managing and overseeing property-related matters, including:

• Conducting estate surveys and evaluations
• Negotiating leases and tenancy agreements
• Ensuring compliance with property regulations
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

• A relevant degree or professional qualification in surveying or estate management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel and manage time effectively
• Experience in retail or commercial property management (preferred but not essential)
