What You’ll Be Doing * Reaching out to UK businesses via phone and email to introduce Harmoney’s services * Qualifying leads and booking meetings for our senior consultants * Building rapport quickly and confidently over the phone * Learning how to ask great questions, handle objections, and spark interest * Taking feedback and coaching on board to improve and grow week by week What We’re Looking For If you: * Have a minimum of 1–3 years of phone-based sales experience (B2B or B2C) * Are confident making outbound calls and qualifying leads * Know how to manage objections, stay composed and close for commitment * Thrive in a target-driven environment * Want to work in a fun, social, supportive culture where you’re rewarded for effort …you’ll be set up to succeed here.
