Job Duties: * Answer customer questions by phone, email, and live chat. * Help customers use the online platform and solve any problems they have. * Deal with issues about distribution, deliveries, and payments. * Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system. * Work with other teams, like tech support and account managers, to fix more complicated problems. * Spot common questions and suggest ways to improve FAQs and help guides. * Manage and reply to customer support tickets quickly. * Help with general admin tasks when needed.
