We're looking for a Freelance Influencer Associate Director to help lead innovative campaigns, foster impactful partnerships, and shape compelling brand narratives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver multi-platform influencer strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more) that align with overall brand and business objectives. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns - from creative concepting and influencer sourcing to negotiations, briefings, execution, and reporting. Talent Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, talent agencies, and management teams; identify influencers that align with brand values and target audiences. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution. Performance & Insights: Track KPIs, evaluate performance, and create detailed reports and insights to inform future activity. What We're Looking For: Strong experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a related field (either agency-side or in-house). In-depth knowledge of social platforms, creator tools (e.g. CreatorIQ, Tagger, or similar), and current digital trends. Demonstrable experience leading teams or projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A strong creative instinct with the ability to spot culturally relevant and brand-aligned talent.
