Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: London Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, and Competitive Annual Leave Fawkes & Reece is working in partnership with a long-established subcontractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of sites in and around London. Company Overview: With over 30 years of industry expertise, our client is a well-respected Groundworks and RC Frame subcontractor, delivering high-quality services including earthworks, bulk excavation, and infrastructure projects. Their client base consists primarily of longstanding residential developers with relationships built over decades. Role Responsibilities: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of each project.
