Sales Manager Location: Hybrid working - Morecambe Head Office Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Full-time - Monday to Friday Benefits: Company pension, on-site parking We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join a thriving team and lead from the front. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales management who is passionate about developing teams, driving growth, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: * Manage, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals * Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development sessions * Foster a positive, high-performance team environment Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients * Lead on site visits and client meetings * Handle complex negotiations and large-scale sales opportunities Sales Strategy & Performance: * Deliver and execute effective sales strategies to meet KPIs * Monitor sales performance using CRM data and analytics * Identify new opportunities and respond to market trends Process Improvement: * Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements * Introduce best practices and tools to increase efficiency * Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a sales management role * Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach * Comfortable using CRM systems and analysing sales data * Experience managing key accounts and conducting client site visits Key KPIs: * Achievement of individual and team sales targets * Growth in key accounts and client retention * Conversion rates and sales cycle efficiency * Customer satisfaction scores * Team development and performance improvements This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact within a growing business.
