Role Responsibilities: * To manage and lead a team of both workshop and field service engineers to ensure that effective and efficient service operations are delivered * To plan and coordinate scheduled service work, emergency repairs, overhauls, and refurbishments * To provide support and guidance as needed to the team to ensure business objectives are achieved * To maintain fluid and effective communications across the team to ensure customer requirements are met * To monitor and report on performance data and related financial information Skills you will need: * Proven experience in a Service Manager/ Service Technician role * Excellent practical machinery experience in either the agricultural, forestry, or construction sectors * A good working knowledge of hydraulic systems * Disciplined, highly organised with good attention to detail * Capable of monitoring performance, and motivating a team * The ability to work independently with a proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving * Excellent communication and customer service skills * The ability to build and manage customer relationships * Clean UK driving licence Remuneration: A competitive salary and package commensurate with the candidate's level of experience
