About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Soft FM portfolio. You’ll be responsible for winning new business and nurturing existing clients through effective networking, competitive tendering, and strategic relationship management. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll help shape and deliver our growth strategy in both public and private sectors across the UK. What You'll Do: Secure new contracts and retain existing business through proactive business development. Develop compelling, high-quality proposals and commercial responses. Drive and manage the full bid process from opportunity identification to contract mobilisation. Collaborate across departments to create tailored service solutions. Provide clear and detailed costing documents for leadership review. Represent the business at presentations, industry events, and client meetings. What We're Looking For: Proven success in business development within the FM industry, with a focus on Soft Services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing. Strong understanding of technical and operational aspects of FM. Experience managing bids, tenders, and client onboarding. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a collaborative approach.
