As we continue to grow, we're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our market position. Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver tailored waste management solutions that meet client needs while supporting our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high service delivery standards Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Prepare regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs
