Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor Location:

HYBRID 2 days from the office in Dorset and 3 days working from home

Salary: competitive based upon experience and qualifications + benefits

I am looking for an intermediate or project level client side Quantity Surveyor to join my clients team.

The projects that you will be working on are likely to be within this area with the greatest concentration of projects currently being located in and around London. The role will involve all stages of construction projects from initial inception through to final account and life cycle management.

This role is open to assistant quantity surveyors looking for the next step up, intermediate surveyors and/or project surveyors with the following attributes:

Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

Personable nature

A desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly

A reasonable understanding of construction methodologies and techniques

The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferably degree (or equivalent) educated (not necessarily in quantity surveying) although this is not absolutely essential

A full clean driving licence and own vehicle
