10.00 - 12.50 per hour (depending on age and experience)
Full-time and Part-time roles available, immediate start!

About Us:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team in Shrewsbury town centre. Bar experience is essential as you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while handling high-volume drink orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, provide excellent customer service, and deliver orders promptly.
• Implement the Challenge 25 Policy and check IDs as required.
• Recommend drinks and snacks to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of the bar area.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of bartender or server experience.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes is advantageous.
• Friendly and positive attitude with effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Key Skills:

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High standards of organisation, punctuality, and professionalism.
