Due to recent expansion, we are delighted to be recruiting additional Team Leader’s to join our Work and Wellbeing Department across various projects that include Pathways to Work, Good Work and WorkWell!

We are seeking determined Team Leaders to drive performance and deliver a high quality employment support service to our customers. In this role you will oversee the day to day operations of a team, ensuring staff are supported, key performance indicators are met and our customers receive the best possible service. The Team Leader will work collaboratively with partners, businesses and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes for our customers.
