Day Rate: 95- 110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Long-term with potential for permanent placement
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: September 2025
Commutable From: Paddington, Maida Vale, Bayswater, Marylebone, Notting Hill

The Opportunity

Long Term Futures is collaborating with a dynamic primary school in Westminster, W2, known for its inclusive approach and commitment to nurturing every child's potential. The school is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team, providing support to pupils with diverse learning needs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced educators, gaining valuable insights into classroom dynamics, lesson planning, and behaviour management. It's an ideal stepping stone for graduates considering a career in teaching or educational psychology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, particularly those with SEN
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support teachers in monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching assistant skills

What We're Looking For
