The Opportunity

The school is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team, providing support to pupils with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, particularly those with SEN
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
• Support teachers in monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching assistant skills

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Psychology or a related field
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
