At Starting Point Recruitment , we re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. You ll play a vital role in identifying top talent, supporting our consultants, and helping candidates find their next big opportunity all while contributing to our marketing outreach through engaging newsletters, mailers, and social media posts.

What You ll Be Doing

Sourcing and screening candidates for a wide variety of roles across different sectors.
Writing and posting compelling job ads that attract the right candidates.
Managing applications, booking interviews, and building strong talent pipelines.
Carrying out compliance checks and ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date.
Maintaining positive candidate and client relationships through timely communication.
Supporting recruitment consultants with key administrative tasks and campaign coordination.
Assisting in the creation and distribution of newsletters, job mailers, and social media content to promote vacancies and company brand.
Playing a key role in candidate attraction through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.

What We re Looking For

Experience in a recruitment, administrative, customer service or marketing environment.
Confident using job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong IT and written communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and driven by results.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys speaking with new people.
