What You ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and nurturing a portfolio of key customer accounts to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Handling the full customer journey calls, emails, quotes, CRM updates, order management, and post-sale support.
  • Analysing account data to spot whitespace opportunities and increase profitability.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to meet customer needs.
  • Scheduling account reviews and maintaining up-to-date records of all client interactions and changes.
  • Delivering memorable service experiences and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
What You ll Bring:
  • B2B or B2C experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Confidence in communicating over phone and video calls.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
